Do you back up Microsoft 365?+
Yes, via API rather than agents — Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Microsoft's shared responsibility model puts your data recovery on you, which surprises most people.
How do you protect backups from ransomware?+
Immutable copies with retention locks, so backups can't be encrypted or deleted within their retention window even by an administrator account. Offsite replication is separately credentialed.
How often do you test restores?+
Quarterly by default, with a written restore assurance report. An untested backup is a hypothesis, not a recovery plan.
